Ordering & Processing
All orders placed through Sonder are final. Due to the handmade nature of our jewelry, orders typically take 24-48 hours to be processed before they are shipped. Please ensure all details, including shipping information and product selection, are correct before completing your purchase, as changes cannot be made after an order is placed.

Shipping & Delivery
Sonder offers fast shipping with delivery in 1-2 business days after processing. Shipping times may vary depending on location and carrier delays. Currently, we only ship within the United States. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Sonder is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. Due to the handcrafted and made-to-order nature of our jewelry, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review your selections carefully before purchasing.

Refund Policy
Refunds are only issued in cases where products arrive damaged or if there is a shipping error on our part. If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. Refund requests outside this timeframe will not be considered. Refunds will not be issued for lost or delayed packages due to carrier issues.

Lost or Delayed Packages
